I have some of the items but I just would like to know how many of each do I need to get it made.

In all fairness, the RIS FAQ is unstickied and has been buried.

For a RIS piece, you'll need a RIS certified armorsmith, and a gurk king hide, a giant dune kimogilia scale, and a woolamander harrower bone fragment. If you want touse a RIS layer you'll need a peko peko albatross feather. For the very best RIS armor possible, you'll want to use an interwoven RIS segment, which is made from a schematic that drops off of the acklay.
