Thread: question about stun layers (sunrunner AS help me especially)

ok, im trying to make some stun layers
my vertex is oq446 sr921
my crism is oq724 sr216
my steel is oq934 sr 899
yet my stun layers only hit 11% eff
i have been told these are the best spawns of crism and vertex on our server, and yet others are getting 40% stun, whereas i would only get 33%
what are they doing that im not??

Best I have been able to crank out (on Sunrunner) iis 37% without using layers made during the one day where the crafting change went live.
Oh, and your vertex is not the best to have spawned on Sunrunner. Avofoate Vertex Crystalline gemstone had 741oq and 1000 sr.
