Since CU, my Imp PSG crates still have 0 stats. Ticket for it been open since May. I inquired on status on ticket, now ticket closed and no fix. ChrisG was handling it and said to give 2 weeks. I lost his email address to email him that the problem still exsists. Here is info again:
Server: Radient
Location of the Imp PSG's: Cape Saarn, Corellia inside Azeriah tent next to shuttleport. There is a good Imp PSG that was from the same production, serial numbers match. Why can't a DEV just change stats on crates to math the good one that was on vendor at time of CU. All in tent.. again all serial numbers match from the good psg with the bad psg crates. This is not good that my problem been ignored not by ChrisG but buy the DEV's. Please update me to the status.

LOL, been there.. done that. ChrisG even messed with crates too back after CU. He said (I hope I quote him properly) that factories running during CU is a know bug and DEV's were now fixing it. I guess that is why he said give it 2 weeks. Reason I am complaining/inquiring on it now, I was in no rush at the time to sell/use them. I had many other things to do and thought i would be nice since they have sooo many other issues with game.

Greetings hypnictek,
asSlyder said you only need to take them out from the crate, but the last IPSG you get from crate keeps the wroung stats. That only happen with the last item you get from the crate. The others have the new pos-CU stats when they are generated.
Keep in touch!

Not in this case, just to humor you I just pulled one and it has all 0 stats but the crate itself shows the right stats. All the Devs even guides need to do is just pull or have me pull each from the crate and they can match stats to what the crate states on it. I even died purposely with one on to see if it will fix thru decay.. no, just lost condition. Thanks for the respone.. I was hoping moderator would forward this to chrisg.

Isn't there a moderator/guide for Armorsmith section? If so, I guess they never read their own section they are responsable for

I am afraid we do not have any magical direct line to the CSRs. They are assigned to different galaxy servers, not forums. You will have to continue to pester them with tickets I am afraid.

Here's a suggestion, don't know if it will get you anywhere tho.
Go into Chat from the LaunchPad. My understanding is that there is always a CSR in the General Room. Make sure there isn't a lot of traffic so the CSR on duty isn't overloaded. Send a PM to that CSR giving a very brief explanation -- "CSR-ChrisG was working on a problem with long-term problem I have, but I have lost my information for contacting him". Ask if they can inform CSR-ChrisG via chat or email or whatever means they have to communicate between CSRs to contact you in-game. Tell them your in-game info: server + character name.
If the CSR on duty won't do it, or if nothing happens after a day, go into Chat again. See if a different CSR is on duty. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Sadly, or maybe happily, dealing with CSRs is often like playing one parent off the other. If you can't get somewhere with one, you might have better luck with another.
At the very worst, I'm guessing each CSR has to spend time babysi-, er, moderating the General Chat Room. There's only a fixed number of CSRs and a fixed number of shifts per day. You gotta get lucky sometime, even if the last time you do it CSR-ChrisG happens to be on duty.
... well, no, that wouldn't be the worst. The worst would be to run into CSR-ChrisG in General Chat, and STILL have to keep doing this because the issue doesn't get resolved or until you hear "Working as intended. Thank you for playing Star Wars Galaxies. Have a Nice Day." from every CSR there is. That would be worse.
Good luck, tho

. Please be especially nice as she takes up this burden. Scroll down a little and you'll see the Please welcome the new Armorsmith Correspondent! thread. Nonetheless, if this was a bug everyone was seeing, you probably would have been referred to the Armorsmith Bug List. Might be a good idea to post this info there anyway, including the clarifications you wrote in response to people's suggestions. Someone else may have run into it or might still run into it (with more people coming back from CU "vacations", who knows how many Imp PSGs are out there with a similar bug?). Finally, a correspondent's job, correct me if I'm wrong, is to represent the profession. If a correspondent spent all his or her time responding to every individual's need, (1) she wouldn't have enough time to do it in the first place, and (2) she would have NO time to represent the needs of the group. Sorry, but the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Or the one. (Oops! Wrong "Star" whatever movie!)
