Thread: Segement stats what's good?

Hi there.


I've had a look around the stickies, but can't see anything on this. I've just set up my first factory run for recon segments with 809 protection. Are these any good? What should I be aiming for (I know as high as possible, but what's high? lol) with recon, assault, and battle segments?

What segments are "good" very much depends on what final protection you´re aiming for. With 809 segments you certainly won´t cap your armor, but you might get to around 5000 base final. Good is also dependant on type, afaik. On Kettemoor the best Polymer we have had is 905 avg sr/oq, while the best fiberplast is 97x, so scout segments are easier to get high ratings on.


All that said, I think you need to aim for around 950 on segments if you plan to cap your armor.
