I am realtivly new to AS (about four months) and I just began to make rebel faction armor. I'm running into a few people who buy the armor then want to return it because:
A) they "didn't know about bio-linking"
-or-
B) my character can't wear that kind of armor
I was just taking the armor back and refunding, but was wondereing what the more senior smith's policy is. Faction Armor is pricy and it's a pain to have to refund after a couple of days have passed (and I have spent a good part of the money).
Thanks!

As long as the armor is unused/not decayed and has not been bio-linked I offer returns for full purchase price...

My alt is a Imperial M.AS, All I make is faction armor and if someone comes to me saying that they want faction armor I ask them what there temp is, what kind of armor they want and are certified for and I warn them that its going to cost around 7k faction to bio-link the suit....
If they want to return it after that as long as I have the money and it isnt biolinked I dont see what the problem is its only good business

I refund for full price if unused/biod.... and only in piecewise fashion. I tell them to put the armor pieces up at 1 cr each and price the bag at what they paid.
If they make of habit of abusing my policy by returning too much I reserve the right to refuse future returns. I dont really give a sh!t if they get mad, my quality puts me above 90% of my server's smiths.

I accept returns on unused/unaltered items at full price. If it gets excessive for you, you could always do a 10% restocking fee (or whatever %).
