I just got MAS a few weeks back, been harvesting resource and finally got what i wanted. Ok, the question is: I was able to knock the kinitec level to 72%, but my base is only 15%, I am a 10 point MAS, what can I do to keep my special at 72% and crank up on the base?????

You can't really raise the base on Ubese, not without extra skill-tapes for experimentation. So don't worry about it. I'm currently making 74% Kinetic/20% Base. When people purchase Ubese, most know they are getting it specifically for it's high kinetic protection and lower encumbrance relative to Composite. So I wouldn't worry too much about it. Trust me, 72% will sell like hotcakes if you price it correctly.

Well, that depends entirely on your server's economy. Try checking withlocal smiths or go window shopping to other vendors that have Ubese. Check their resists compared to yours and price your accordingly so you that make money.
To give you a gauge, which, as it seems is what you're asking, anywhere from 100K-150K is what that type of Ubese will sell for on my server.
