I posted this in the eclipse forums also but want to see if it gets noticed here. was also told it was suggested before but have not seen it so I am bringing it up again.
How about you get the option as a novice artisan to store more items in a house then the current limit. You pay more for those items in the house in your maintenace. as you lvl up in artisan and other crafting prof your maintenance per item goes down but you still pay more then standard mainteance. I for one am tired or storing stuff on a vendor but it is easier then having 5 small houses running back and forth for each thing. I use to be able to keep in under control when i was just doing composite and the rare run of other armor. but now with kashyyykian and composite on my plate I have had to resort to the vendor storage.
My armorsmith is my only toon. I know many of you have alts and the armorsmith is a merchant as well. I thought of going that route but I don't feel like i should have to have two accounts just to properly play the game. it's a waste of sp for me which are very precious as we all know.
Just my 2cr hopefully one day it will get addressed but I'm not holding my breath

I had always hoped that a Modular Style Workshop would make its way into the game. I was guessing a single room, about the size of a generic medium that take up 2 lots and stores 150 items. The difference is that you can add a module adjacent to the house that would take up 1 lot, but add 75 items to the house (for the cost of a little more maint.) That way a fully loaded house would have 750 items, and take up 10 lots. Oh sure, we can pretty much do that now with small houses and such, but just think of having all your stuff in one house...think of the reduction in server load! Ah well, just a dream...

or a storage warehouse. Looks a bit like a factory can be 'opened' like a bank etc. Not sure how much it would hold 300 items maybe? I wouldnt care about how much it costs to run, I just need more storage space in less lots.
