Why is it that pre-CU faction-purchased ST armor requires 5 fp to bio link, but crafted boots require 500, bracers require 800, etc. Is this a glitch?

Old armor cost a lot more FP to buy originally. New armor has the FP costs split (somewhat) between the AS and the end-user.

Those numbers are correct for new Factional armor.
