Thread: Anyone Made Layers today? Mine have major Bug

Went to make more layers today and I cannot exp on anything.
I can put points into Special Protections but no numbers go up.
Currenly I can only make:
Energy Layer

Compared to a few days ago:

Please everyone Bug this. Every day this goes unfixed is a day that we lose out on crafting.
