Ok, when i hit master i will probably only sell composite. So how many harvestors should i have, what size, what type? And what should i have EACH one harvest? Thanks for the info

You should harvest the best resources for your armour that you can. You will find that over time you upgrade your stocks of resources to include better examples, thus helping you to craft better products.

I would estimate that if you intend only to craft and sell composite, you would want to consider the following

  • 2 to 4 Heavy Chemical for Fibreplast and Polymer

  • 10 Heavy Mineral for your other required resources

  • A good ranger to provide you with hide (offer your "friendly" ranger free armour in return for supplying you with cheap hides)

Jup thats 14 harvesters...Why ?

Well, good spawns are "seasonal" shall we say. You wont always be mining fibreplast will you. if a good spawn of Steel drops, you would want to hit it with all 10 Mineral extractors rather than 6, leaving 4 on the average fibreplast you were selling. In temrs of what to harvest.. Harvest as much of any good resource as you phsyically can Seriouly, only you can decide how much you need, as you will be deciding how much you make. Work that out and build in a bit of margin for safety. That could give you a rough idea of what you need to keep stockpiled.

Most AS's I know, usually have piles of stuff stashed away from old spawns. I think most of us are by nature hoarders

In quiet poor spawn weeks, ie times when resources spawn that are no better than your current, you might want to consider mining some anyhow and selling off the surplus grind quality resources on a vendor.

Also keep an eye out for resources that *dont* quiet match your existing stock but are close. You may need to consider mining these particulaly if you will be running low on your existing "good" stuff, there may not be a comparable spawn for some time.(The alternative is paying potentially high cpu costs to buy stuff in)

Also if you ever intend to get into crafting things like RIS, keep an eye out for spawns like Chanlon ore. On my server (Chimarea) this stuff only recently spawned. prior to that it was months.

Hope this has helped a little

Given the same cores, all armors are the same except epic armors like RIS and mando. They have more condition.

I thought the ShockTrooper had Higher Energy def. but slightly less Kin. def.?? Their all exactly Identical except the overall condition?

It will be the same as any other assault armor made with the same cores. There are differences between assualt, battle and recon though. Shock Trooper armor can only be assault armor.

hi,

im new-cu-as My 2nd char was AS, and now i called him again. and of course i got a Question

it got very bad Resources for Layers. I got 22 on Primus layers. But i have some very good Res for experimentation on Segments and Cores. So will there be a good chance to get 'good' armor, or will nobody buy my Armor

sorry for bad english ^^

You should still be able to make some fairly decent armor.
&
Until your armor is roughly as good as the other AS's on your server, sell yours for less.

Enough so you can still make a little profit but low enough that other players will notice the price difference.

Since all armor is going to be very expensive now due to the new requirements and such, the players that don't make a fortune on a regular bases will start to be your customers.

As the word spreads about your prices among the non-millionaire players, and you don’t increase your prices until your armor is roughly equivalent to the rest of the AS on your server, you should end up selling a fair amount of armor.

Over time with a small profit from each sale and selling a lot of armor to the poorer players, you should end up with a fair amount of credits and eventually have enough to improve the quality of your armor. Just my thoughts on the matter
