Thread: I Need Some AC'ing Advice

Hey, AC'ers...Please help me if you can.
I have a MBH/MCarb/1043 SL. I need a jedi fighting suit. I know recon armor is best for energy resists. But, none of my master profs can use that. So, battle armor is the best I'll be able to work with. I want one, or two, bh suits to be made. I'd like them to be Marauder Armor. But, it doesn't have to be. I'm trying to figure out what is the best way to use a 30k resource kit for this.
I've been reading these boards, and it seems my choices are adv. energy layers or adv cores. But, I'm not really sure on this. Can someone guide me in the right direction? And, maybe a ballpark price for making all of this? I'm lucky enough to have a great ac'er in our guild. So, I'm sure if I bother him enough, I can coerce him into crafting the suit(s) for me sooner, or later.

Err isn't RIS Armor also Battle Armor? This would make it 4 choices?
Or am I wrong?

U state u can only wear Battle armor....well request quad energy layered advanced battle armor. The only thing with battle armor is that its kin/energy resists are balanced. I think u should be about to get at least 6600+ energy resists. U have three choices marauder, padded or bone...all will have same resists.

yep, RIS or factional stuff are battle
and you want energy layers AND advanced cores. and your local trade forums for price
