I have heard from 3 separate people that these (including Imp psg's) rely on Artisan experimentation rather then Armorsmith.

Any truth to this??

the components that are used that are made by an artisan should be made from crappy resources and not experimented on..Experimenting raises complexity..meaning longer factory times
