I finally gathered quality resources for Adv. Padded, but I'm not getting the typical 70+ Kinetic, 40+ Base that people on this board get. As of now, my highest is 60% Kinetic with 53% base. I tried to lower the base, but it just isn't working too well. What kind of kinetic layers do you guys use? How much do you bump the base and special protection on the segment? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

2/14 kinetic layers are best, but I got away with 2/13. Then max special on thesegment ( itll show kinetic). Max base on final combine

If Tirgwystraff means to max out quality (2nd bar) for the segment, I agree with him. My segments have 28% kinetic and 18% base resist (using 14/2 kinetic layers). This gives me armor with 74% kinetic and 46% base resist.
