Ok I have 6 Acklay Hides with 28% base.. I believe these are used to make Padded armor and I am curious what the stats might end up being on the armor if good resources were used. Thanks!

For me about 50% base, but I dislike making padded and only have midrange resources for it.

You could possible PEAK 60% base with them, with very good resources.

The encumbrance would be relatively low, as these don't add any...or very little weight. You can easily wear a set made with this unbuffed.

28% is pretty good. I think 50%+ is a good estimate.

The really nice thing about these is the added condition. I have some pieces that are close to 50k.
