I'm armorsmithing, however the only thing really selling is composite, fortunately my friend who goes ER soloing is helping me out with credits until I can get all the resources and make a profit. I'm naturally looking at making the best armor physically possible, and already have some nightsister shards for HAM reduction saved up. When it comes to resources though, how picky should I be (resource stats)? Does resources used for armor segments matter as much as for the armor piece itself? Also If anyone knows of a place\person selling uber resources on Bria, I'd appreciate any information as going to random vendors on planetary map isn't getting me very far.

heh, there's one of the "uber" resources spawning on bria right now. Go mine the current kiirium steel thats spawning on multiple planets and you'll be one up on your "uber" resource hunt.

Well....if you are aiming for the best armor physically possible....I would say you have to be very picky when it comes to resources. You will need the best of the best. All resources matter, from layer to final armor piece but if you want to get an impression of how resource stats influence your results, I would suggest downloading Virtual Armorsmith and play around a bit. The results may not be exact but for sure a good indication of what you can achieve. (http://web.tampabay.rr.com/hluinge/va12.zip)
