what's the max resistance to kinetic an AS can get with Chitin?
also, i looted a few +15% to base effectiveness chitin segments from a sharnaff. are these good? would they be good to incorporate into a kinetic-based set of chitin?

Your last question first... umm... Chitin is kinetic as it's primary resist or were you meaning base resist chitin? I've been considering experimenting with base resist chitin with the drop segs. They're not great, but they're something different.
As for resist.... with advanced Chitin, I am getting around 60% kinetic but my resources aren't pristine, just what I would consider "decent". With really good resources (the creature organics, I mean), it might be possible to get even higher.
