that's a reasonable offer, at least for wanderhome it would be. when getting price checks tho, it's always best to ask others from your server, since the economies are quite different.

I looted 9 NS armor layers last night. The stats are Base: +3% Action Encumbrance -5. These are pretty low, I think. I know nothing about making armor, so I am relying on your honesty. What are they worth? They're not +7%, but they must be worth something. I had an armorsmith offer me 45K, and I am wondering if this is a fair price. Thanks for your input.
