In general, you will not find many resource dealers among combat medics. They have few "extra" SP to dabble with any serious artisan skills. Furthermore, any combat medic resources are rather specialized and important to the profession, so combat medic resource dealers will price accordingly.

You might want to consider posting on the Shadowfire forum (either general or trade). You will likely get a better reply from a "real" resource dealer.
