Thread: Guidelines for reporting issues with CSR's

There have been several instances where people have complained about something that a CSR said or did, such as ordering particular items deleted, etc. When reporting these issues, or making postings about them, you absolutely must include the game-name of the CSR. This is pretty much the only way such reports can be verified and checked. As a result, for future reference, please remember to write down the name of the CSR that you are having an issue with.

The reason for this should be readily apparent. Without a CSR name, it's difficult to be able to separate out real reports from false ones. Having lots of false reports really dilutes the power of any ones that are actually true.

Thanks for reading this public service announcement

Also write down the ticket #. The CSR I spoke to who finally fixed a vendor bug I had, told me they have no way of tracking those tickets after you delete it. ( I had deleted a previous ticket on the subject, after being told to by another CSR, saying it was a known issue with patch #6, I got it fixed by another ticket and CSR at PATCH #7!)

However, keeping track of the ticket # might at least tell them what CSR worked on your ticket, if not what was actually involved.

Good point. As always, the more information, the better and the more credibility that will be assigned to your post (assuming that the details can be verified, of course).
