Several of us are left with those and we can't use them now and CSR won't fix them..............

Don't just ask, harass. Bug the **edit** out of them til we get an answer.

They should allow just a simple 'trade out'..
I remember back when harvester bins got accidentaly shrunk to an unusable size, the CSR was able to take the old one out of my inventory, and put a new, unbugged one in.
they should just be able to give you a new, serialized one, to replace the old, unserialized one.

Well, to be correct, CSR's CAN'T fix them. Maybe I just got a nicer CSR than the rest of you, but he explained to me that it is something that they do not have the power to do - they can't just "add a serial number" to the non serial items.
However, mine also assured me they were talking with the devs on it about a fix. The only thing I really need for peace of mind though is to have a dev communicate to the players, be it by red name or through a corrospondant, as to how far they are progressing on the issue.
So yeah, ask em about it Jaato, please.

They were able to replace the bugged Ackley bones as well. A simple replacement would be fine with me.
