Hello Armorsmiths. I'm a master ranger on Lowca and I was making up an itinerary of resources to keep my eye out for. Normally I would check out swgcraft for my info, but it seems to be awfullyslow today. Anyway, what I was wondering was what types of hide and bone you folks are looking for and what qualities you prefer to be highest to make excellent armor. Thank you.

Wooley hide. High OQ, SR, MA, UT...in that order.
Leather too, but not as much.

Wooly is used in all the armors (including Composite)
Leathery in several armors (including Ubese)
Lok Leathery in Padded
Yavin Wooly in Advanced Padded
Yavin Leathery in Advanced Kashyyykian Ceremonial
Yavin Animal bone in Interwoven bone
Dantooine Animal bone in Advanced Chitin
Rori Animal Bone in Advanced Bone
Avian bone in Tantel
Bristley in Tantel
Scaley in Padded
Bone of any type in Chitin and Bone
OQ and SR are primary though MA and UT are also important
Very few armorsmiths "bother" with anything except Composite and even fewer make anything except Composite or Ubese. It's not that the other armors aren't sellable (I can prove that myth is a lie), it's just they can't get 1000% profit on them like they can with Composite and so deem them unworthy of their time. However, creature organics is one of the major costs of armorsmithing.
