I have been using kinetic layers but was putting all my points on second level and the remaining on 1st level , i just tried filling the 3rd and for the remaining points the 2nd but only got 20%.
on the segments i also maxed out the 2nd level and the rest on the first.
The nuetronium steel is oq 635 , sr 702 , ut 655 , ma 197
carbonite steel oq 859 , sr 888 , ut 928 , ma 323
leathery hide oq 294 , sr 539 , ut 338 , ma 429
wooly hide oq 494 , sr 824 , ut 552 , ma 653
iron oq 733 , sr 937 , ut 917 , ma 586
polymer oq 965 , sr 723 , ut 32 , ma 891
ubese armor segment , integrity 862 , kinetic effectivness 6% , base 7%
Thanks for the help guys , looks like i have got the record for the worst ubese armor around , lol

Your resources aren't terrible...except the hide perhaps.
As previously stated, experiment on the kinetic (ie. special) primarily at each stage. You can chose where to put any leftover points after that. Personally, I'd make it lighter, but the higher base sells better...usually.

Stats are not bad on the resources, but hides would help a little. If you focus on maxing the third row on all three stages you should hit 60% kinetic I would figure. LoL My first was lot worst. like 20% kinetic and 10% base. lol that what wrong exp and bad stuff will do. I would suggest getting with a master armorsmith on your server and talking with them. They can be very wise. Of course it will depend on person and their willingness to do this. If you are on Valycn. Send Moosebacca or Chops a tell I would be glad to talk with you.

Thanks for the help moosebacca
, you wouldnt beleive how annoyed i was when i only got 23% lol
i have just made a new set of kinetic layers doing it the way you stated , and instead of getting 4% kin , i am getting 9% now , and thats just the first stage .
btw can i use advanced ubese segments , as i have been using just normal ones ?

Forgot to ask. You are using Adv Ubese segs right.
For reference my ubese;
Kinetic layer 14% kinetic 2% base 9 points in special 1 point in ham
Adv Seg 37% kinetic9% base 9 points in special 1 point in base
Final Ubese piece 71% kinetic 19% base 9 points in speical 1 point in base
What you should shoot for with those resources
Kinetic layer maybe around 9-11% Put everything in to third row until maxed and any extra in first row.(this seem to be only stage that ham cost reduction helps)
Adv Segmaybe around 26-30% Put everything in to third row until maxed and any extra in second row(base % boost is better that ham reduction per exp point)
Final Ubese piece 55-65% kinetic 10-13% base. Put everything in to third row until maxed and any extra in second row( base % boost is better than ham reduction per exp point)

yep adv ubese seg work the same as regular. They just require more specific resource like instead of metal you have to have a certain type of metal.
Adv compontents will can alway be used in anything that a normal compontent can be used in. Of course the adv with the okay resources will alway be better that normal with pretty good resources.

I typically get 76% kinetic and 19% base on my ubese. You should look for materials high to mid 900's for SR and OQ. Try to get your segments 37-38% kinetic and you hit the high to mid 70's easy.

Hi
I have been experimenting with ubese armor pants and have ended up with 23% kinetic (special protection) and 29% energy, blast, acid, electricity .
HAM 50/126/36 with 4 sockets and the condition is 17428
I was wondering if this was any good and if not what kind of % protection i should be aiming for with better resorces.
Thanks
Afit
btw what price would you say i should be selling these for approx ?

Out of curiosity what level are you in the tech tree?
I'm 1104 and my chitin has a higher kinetic. Usually around low 30s with decent resources and great success experimentation.
Not putting you down but 23% seems unusually low for ubese.

i am MAS but only getting 10 experimental points , most of the resorces i am using is very good , but the hide and nutronium steel is not that great.
i dont know what i am doing wrong
, i was expecting much better

I make 71% kinetic and 19% base, so they can be better. Remember that Ubese is a kinetic PVE armor. So when experimenting from layers(use Kinetic layers in ubese)to Adv ubese seg to pants, put all your points into third row(special) and once you have maxed it out place the rest into base. Depending on resources and point you have to use, you should be able to hit 55%-75% on kinetic and 14-20% base.
With Ubese I always experiment on special
Where in composite you put everything into base.
As for the wooly and neut steel it shouldn't mess with you more than 9% or so.
I have a feeling you have done a lot of experimenting on base or you are not using kinetic layers maxed on special.
I hope that helps.
