Thread: Do BE Tissue bonuses stick to Ubese armor?

Im going to get BE tissues and I thought Id get a suit made with these tissues in them (BE tissue enhanced Reinforced Panels). Will the tissue attributes stick to the armor?

BE stuff dosen't stick in any armor. The DEV's have stated they beleive it would be to powerful.

many months ago they did for about 2 days, but they quickly removed the BE stat carry over.
