Hi all
First sorry if the tropic have been coved before, I did a search, but did not find thisproblem.
I know that most armor has a encumbrance stat, eg. health, action, mind (that is what you ppl mean with the term "ham" right?) penalty.
The problem is that whatever armor I put on, it gives me penalty in other stat than the ham???
Example: I have 1200 health, 700 action & 1000 mind, but I have like 10 in strength, 10 in constitution & 12 in quickness when I have put on a full suit of chitin armor (and I can't evenput on a full suit, it says I need more str, con & quickness)
What am I doing wrong here, or what did I miss??
Thanks in advance for replying.

encumb is based on secondaries not primaries
Example. Full Suit Ham Cost is 400/400/400
You will need to have at least 401 in all secondary. Some race have maxes on secondaries, so in order to wear those types of armor a smuggler would have to get an encumb slice or you would have to be buffed. I hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply, I did get a doctors buff last night and got the armor on, and it seem than you can keep the armor on after the buff runs out..!?

yes I believe you can. Might be a bug. I use to go neg on stats when that happened.

You can keep it on after the buff wears off, you just have penalties.
