Heres my problem if Im missing something please advised. The schematic for the chest part tells me 2 similiar padded armor components. It does not say crated, however if I use singles or crated it wont let me use the item as an ingredient. Please I really need to know what im doing wrong all the search options arent really helping.

You need armor padding components, which are crafted by a tailor.
