Does anyone use them for making composite armor?

What are they good for and should I bother?

Are they really that useful vs. kinetic layered or stun layered segments I make on my own?

they're only good if you find exeptional ones... something 35% or higher... gerneallly you'll only use them to make really high base armor with low ham. ie. 75% base with low ham. the standard 10% 5000cond. ones are basicaly useless...
