I'd like to know how this is supposed to work, as well as how it is actually working (I'm not making any assumptions about alack of bugs, hehe).
If you have composite with 10% stun protection, and composite with NO stun protection, will the damage taken from, say, a Jawa Iion Rifle be only 10% difference between those two sets? Or does AP and/or vulnerability have an additional modifier?
I'm sure this has been answered before, but damned if I can find it....

with 10% protection the reduction will be 10% from a jawa. The AP1 and AR1 cancel out so no bonus.
The real difference comes with stun battons and geo pistols, as they are AP0, against AR1 stun at 10% they will first be reduced by 50% due the to AP / AR difference, then get another 10% off, thus overall will reduce damage by 55%.

Thank you
Now, for regular composite, with no stun protection (vulnerable), what happens to damage with both of those weapon types, and how does that compare to no armor whatsoever?

When you hit a vulnerable damage type the damage is just 100% whatever the AP of the weapon, no bonus or reduction.
