I would like to know how the resists of the segments used in armor affect the final resists of the armor itself. And while were at it I would like to know the corroalation between layers and segments, are they the Same as the above or do they relate differently?

I don't know if the resistances in a segment are added to or multiplied by the basic value of the armor, but higher qualitysegments do make higher quality armor. Layers are like segments for the segments. higher value in layers means higher values in segments, which in turn means higher values in armor. Note though, that if you use a layer that is naturally in the base reisitance of the armor you will not be able to experiment on it, so I sould suggest using a layer that is not in the armor or one that is in the special resistance.
