Nothing has been posted yet regarding resource issues.
Stun is being removed from the game. I can only guess that stun resistant armor will be converted to another protection type.

Ya, I'm thinking stun will be changed over to kinetic or energy protectionbecause those are the 2 new main types of dmg.

Yeah - I'd love to know what resources will be necessary for the new factional Armors.

Well, since you're the only one, I'll see what I can do.

Yeah... A resource list for all of the Schematics would be very nice.
I've been collecting resources for a long time now, and haven't strictly geared myself towards any 1 type of armor, so I have a good variety of stuff, but... /grin
The evil inside of me wants them to add a couple of new resource types to the game and make them required for some of schematics... this would also make it the ASRB.

It looks like armor cores are going to be the same for all armors. This means the armor skin will be just that... a skin for appearance. I read this to mean only the resources used for cores will have important stats, and skin resources won't matter.
So all those smiths who have been making 22% base, 35% kinetic RIS for "display" are no longer at a disadvantage from those of us who took a year to collect the best resources. Of course this was already the case with resource kits so no biggie.
It would seem the only way to increase stats at final assembly will be to add loot components.
