ive been messing around with layers. it seams the best i can get is a

+4 +8 14/14

+4 +4 10/10

+2+2 1/1

+1 +14 14/14 with a couple points left to spend resist is maxed

is this about where they cap? im working on hiting 70% base but it could be cuase im missing a really nice kirlium steel think thats the problem?

my theory with layers spend points on base and encum cause with 3 ya get 80, with 1 of each ya get a nice boost too for stuff your encumberance sliceing. comp with acid, kenetic, heat is a nice combo for npc bounty's, encumberance sliced storng suit wearable easy no buffs...

anyone got some numbers to shoot for? i know crafting will change but im making a few things right now, i have just moved and am restocking the vendor

Hmmm i was using...

+3% base +6% special 9/9

My set came out

79% Kin, 68% Elec & 60% Base

I was pleased with this as its my 1st attempt at Composite, well any armor for that matter

I use 2 base, 8 Special and 3 ham, and when i am done i make 805 kinetic, 59% base, and the ham on my uits i have not calculated but was told is good.

2% base 7% kinetic 1/1 ham layers,26% base 22% kinetic (you always gain 1% moveing into special) 12/12 ham on the seg
80% kinetic 58% eff 239 mind on helm 203 health on chest

With the current resources on Intrepid 68% base is max w/o useing an enhancement IE jaunta hide.
That is useing 3 layers of your choice with 4% base
