It seems that we only have to live with the new crafting system for a dayIworry that when they revertto the old system the critical failure changes will go with it. I just hope that thesetwo are not connected likea evil siamese twin. I dont like the idea of crafting in this new system but i will make some mabari segments just to see how often i get a critical failure (soonas Tempest comes online). Lets hope i have the same critical failure rate tomorrow, after they take out the crafting changes, that i have today.

you mean, the new revert will actually deal with one of our top 5 issues (see the sticky on critical failures) without changing anything else that, for all intensive purposes, was working FINE.

Amazing. The devs will show their capabilities if that is true. Now if we could just get the PSG's and armor hole fixed.

Look at Dev Tracker TH mentioned it. It seems to me the math affecting criticals was seperate than from whatever primarily determines "stats" for crafting. Just a guess though, the bottom line is crafting changes aside criticals were looked at and tweaked. Now how often you critical and fail will be tied to your assembly skill....... as the description always stated that's what it would do.... well now that apparently is actually true. cheers.
