It is with heavy heart that I say this...

I amretiring asa Bounty Hunter. The amount of problems with this profession andthe changes that are coming within the next patch are too much for me to deal with. This class is no longer fun for me. The long shuttle waits, the extremely low pay, doing the same **edit** mission over and over and over (go here kill this guy) renders the fun factor to zero. To those of you brave souls who have mastered this class I say congratulations to you. I unfortunately will not be joining your ranks.

It was fun for a while, but now it is time to try something else. No, I did not get a holocron, I just can't stand the Investigation Grind and the lack of attention the Devs give our profession. Any attention that is paid to our profession by the Devshasin the past beennerfs.

ToWepps: You gave me hope for this profession when you took the job. Your ideas would have made the profession whatI believed it should be. If half of your ideas would have been implemented, I would have stayed.

pre-nerf 1 MBH could have won 50/50

after 20th nerf 200 MBH needed to kill 1 jedi...lol

Just wanted to say farewell to all of you Ive argued with over the months. Im surrendering MDE tonight.

I wish I could say I had some grand reason, or Im doing it in protest. But alas, im not. Its just time to move on. I really enjoyed being a DE, and itsreally hardfor me to give it up. It took me weeks early on in the game to get to MDE, using nothing but personal harvestors to get the raw resources, and running mission so I could afford my 15k per day harvestor habit. As it is, ive spent the past 7 days furiously building droids to use up parts laying around. about a 1000 droids later and I have more crates than I started with. (not to mention enough droids that no ones going to notice im out of business for quite awhile).

Nope. Im just moving on. Going to do a bit of holo chasing. Move my armorsmith business into full gear.

DE has the best professional comraderie, and that I will certainly miss. I wish you all well in your endeavors, and the patience to survive your craft with no further dev development for months.

So long and thanks for all the fish.

Even though technically you're competition, I hate to see you go.

You've been a great addition to the Ahazi and game DE community.

Let me know if there's every anything I can do for you (like help out by buying Wook armor crated).

As I had indicated in the past, I started a new job about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, my work load is about as high as I expected it would be. The result is that the amount of time I can spend playing MMOG's - let alone being a correspondant - has taken a dramatic turn downwards. The armorsmith community , and the SWG community as a whole,will be much better served with someone with more time to devote to the game. So it is with great regret that I announce my retirement.

I'll still be around until the end of the combat balance, and will be helping out with thetesting, but it will not be in my capacity as a correspondant. As it is, I barely have time to read the boards, let alone post on them now. Once the sandbox goes live I'll be there tooffer suggestions and criticisms, but I don't forsee my free time increasing in the near future.

I've submitted several recommendations for my replacement to TH and Tiggs. There are many people on this forum who would make a great replacement and I'm sure whoever is chosen will easily be able to fill my shoes.
