Thread: Looking for Best resources to use my free 30K on.

I have three 30K free resource deeds and I am trying to find which resources I should get with them. It looks like Naboo Fiberplast is a good one along with Polymer and Link Steel Alyminum. But I dont know what Resource Type I should get. I dont know what the qualities of each type for these. Can anyone throw me some names and there stats of them?
Any help on this is greatly appreaciated.

I did and all it shows me is the current resources on the planet but not a list of all the types and there stats. Or at least what I could find on there. I am a new Armorsmith. Been an architect forever but decided to respec into a new profession. I dont know what kind of stats I should be looking for. I figure DR and OQ are important. Not sure which of the others I should look at.

also if you know any based as it wouldent hurt to talk to them to see if they had the resource you want... im sure you could trade your kit for an equal amount... you wouldent loose anything and they might help you out next time you are in need.

Protection on your layers, segments, and cores is determined 50% by OQ (Overall Quality) and 50% by SR (Shock Resistance).
Condition on your final pieces is determined by 33% OQ, 33% SR, and 33% DR (Decay Resistance).
So, what you do is this:
1. Go to swgcraft.com and register a new login (if you haven't already done so). Make sure and set your server properly.
2. Then click on the find resources link on the left hand menu. You'll then get the find resources form which should already have your server listed in the server box. If you didn't log in, or didn't even register, then make sure to set your server in the server menu.
3. In the box next to Overall Quality, put 50
4. In the box next to Shock Resistance put 50
5. If you want to just see rankings of a specific type of resource like Naboo Bristley, select it in the Class menu. You can also use more generic classes like Steel
5. Click the Find Resource button.
6. You will now see a list of resources sorted alphabetically. The far right hand column is called Ranking which is the value of (OQ * .50) + (SR * .50). Click the tiny down arrow in the column header to sort by rating. There ya go, the resources at the top of the list are your best.
Now, one important thing to keep in mind. The swgcraft database is not authoritative. There are missing resources, especially from the earliest days of the game before everyone started using it. The only authoritative list is the 30k resource deed itself, but it can be painful to search
