You all talk about resource costs... have you tried harvestig hide?

i hunted in 2 groups for 3-4 hours in each i have 450k hide. Bought at 5cpu and the stuff i harvested alone and with guild.

I think the resource reqs are right for this environment, but they try to push our old resources out of the system bu devaluing them

You hit the nail on the head. But doesn't that strike you as unnecessary and arbitrary? The smiths who only collected wooly hide for composite were already punished by having wooly only used in battle segments. The rest of us who collected resources for all armor were also punished because our stacks of lokian leather, where even 30k was overstocking for making pre-CU padded, have now seen our small stash disappear just to make a handful of suits. Oh well! Guess we'll see how they like the crunch on their database when 100 million units are harvested of the next good naboo bristley spawn.
