i have to go into the game log on and write it all down on a paper than transfer it to here and mainly cus im not on right now just reading up on AS to see if i want it

I didn't grind that much, but when I did I used Ubese Shirts. Much less resources than mabari.

There is a macro in the guide posted at the top of the forum. It is the one titled something about "A Complete Guide to Armor and Armorsmithing". Macro should be in appendix B. Also contains some suggestions on how best to grind AS.
