How do you all feel about these effects on armor due to encumbrance.
Higher encumbrance armors make the user more prone to certain states such as dizzy and knockdown. It would make sense, because the higher encumbrance would make the user less mobile.
Higher effectiveness armors would have resistances to certain states though to weigh it out, such as intimidation, stun, and bleeding (if the armor was resistant to the type of damage being dealt).
This way people would have to find a mix of encumbrance/effectiveness slices. Otherwise the people with all heavy effectiveness sliced armor would be on their backs all the time, and those with just encumbrance slices would find themselves bleeding, intimidated, and stunned more often.
What do you all think?
Discuss and imput additional ideas/criticisms.

The problem isn't just encumbrence, its the relation of encumbrence to resists, as well as buffs. People will still wear mostly comp with changes like this. Comp is the only armor that protects against a large variety of damage types, which is what you see in PVP. People care about protections first, encumbrence is much less important. They want high resists, then they find a way to deal with the encumbrence. The FOTM players will simply pick up pistoleer or fencer for the stat defences.
I'm not really saying this is a bad solution, but it won't get to the underlying reasons only one armor type prevails and why encumbrence dosen't mean much anymore.
