I am looking for a an armorsmith on STARSIDER that can make some excellent RIS. I have all of the necessary components.

This is true, but he is also asking for something that 1/26th of us Armorsmiths can fulfill. Therefore, he should ask his trade forum so that he can get a much higher concentration of Armorsmiths that can help him.
