I haven't been an armorsmith for very long on Chilastra but wit what resources I can gather this is my stun layers Specs.

Base 2%

Integ. 286

Health 17

Action 17

Mind 17

Stun 11%

Im trying to decide when to start Factory crating. I used Nice Steel and pretty good Gemstone. My ore is on the low side but thats all I got till the next spawn. I can't even find a place to buy that stuff.

Only make a schematic if it's all amazings. Are you 12 Points?

Those are okay, but I wouldn't personally take advice from our server for Stun Layers as we have terrible stun resources, but I make around 3% base 12% stun fully into stun, or about 4% 9%, but there are hidden .% numbers too.

Im only 10 Point. I got 1 amazing. So I should keep making it till I get all amazings ? And how many points do you suggest I use at a time? Im able to put 8 into resiste and 2 quality at this time.

Definately all amazings, but here's a tip for a 10pters, you can't quite compete for the best Stun/Base wise, so I suggest making armour like 18% Stun and 69% Base, which is sliceable up to 90% quite well (or better if you can). Put the bulk of points into the middle line and a few into the bottom. This armour won't be as good as the 12pters, but the ability to sell cheaper and also produce sliceable up to 90% armour isn't to be laughed at.

All amazings? I'd run out of resources before that would ever happen.

Even the 12pt'ers only set-up runs with stun layers that are all amazings.

If you have 10pts, run the center line (base) to max. I would suggest experimenting as many points at the same time as possible. If you get a great, recycle it (practice it if you are doing the FS quests or just stop the crafting process if you're not), don't go on. Don't use port on the first experiment, you will only get full and spend waaaaaaay too much money on port. IF you get an amazing on the first experiment, it should fill up nearly all of that line. You should only have a 1-2 dot experiment at that point. Don't drink port for that one, either. A great there is fine. An amazing at that point won't give you enough decimals with that few dots, so don't worry about it. THEN, drink your swig of port and send off a prayer. Experiment your last dots (should be 2, might be 3, for a 12pt'er it would be 4). If you get a great or an amazing go ahead and factory it. Since you won't have 4 dots for the last experiment, it won't give you enough decimals to make a significant difference between a great and an amazing.

This will give you layers which are high in base with a small amount of stun. If your layers are 4% base (with hidden decimals), then you can get your suit base/efficiency into the high 60s. The closer the suit is to 70%, the easier it is to slice to 90%.

Put your best resources into the segment and suit. Experiment for the base and then encumbrance. Stun suits are always very heavy. Yes, yours will be heavier than a 12pt'er.

My advice, though, my heartfelt advice (as one who built a business as a pre-10pt'er, selling armor while I was still working, not grinding, to master): Don't worry about stun as a 10pt'er. Stun is the ONE place where 12pts can trump you without breaking a sweat. 12pt'ers can get the high special while still having enough to experiment on base to have the suits mid-60s for base (max special with amazings and have 4 dots for the base/centre line). Stockpile your resources for stun. Keep trading up until you get best for all 3. Sell Kinetic composite and energy composite and even resources (all except the good armor ones *chuckle*) get the tapes. It's not that you can't have a business without 12pt, but some things -are- more possible with the points.
