As the title says:
at novice what should one craft for the most exp?, what are the best schematics to use to get the most Armorsmith exp quickly?

At Novice I started doing AUKs they still have a ratio of 2:1, thus giving 63 exp* per craft. Pro here is that you dont need any subcomponents. All new schematics have a exp-ratio of 1:1 now. Making Basic armor segments a bad grind choice with just 36 exp*.
To be more effective you need to craft armor Cores, but you need to run a lot of factory runs of segments before.
Basic Cores: 147 exp*
Standard Cores: 236 exp*
Advanced Cores:304 exp*
* all in practice mode

Questions:
Are the schematics you suggested based on the system on Test Centre, or what is currently in live?
Do these cores require sub-components?
What resources are needed to make cores?
