I am not to sure if this has been thought of, but ran a little test. from the looks of things only time qualiy of resources does matter is the layers, segs, and cores. From what I can tell we can use our "end peices" and poor stuff for the appearance.
In an odd twisted way it can be a good thing. We Factory all the high cores and other stuff we can, two to three factories would surfice, My current set up is a segs factory, a core factory, and a suit/ layer factory.
probalby a few people are going to go "duh" on this.
I have ran this test using poor and good resources ( least to my knowledge and what it shows during craft time).
Any thoughts or opinions?

I noticed a difference on the overall condition based on my final combine ingredients. It seemed to vary from around 38,000 up to near 45,000 depending on what I used in Rebel Faction Armors. Not sure if anyone else noticed this or not? I don't know how big of a deal it is since most players are used to the mid to upper 30,000s as far as condition on their Composite. I didn't pay close enough attention to see if maybe the maximum condition varies depending on armor class (Recon, Assault, Battle) or by armor type (Tantel, Composite, Etc.). I'll look tonight after work unless someone else that is online now is checking it out already.

My base condition on both rebel battle and recon was 22K, final combination they got to 38-39K using1500-1750 OQ+SRresources versus 35K with medium to poor resources, not much of a difference but I would think enough for people putting in SEAs. All about the ability to use 3-5 or 7-10 experimentation points on the end product, with each point producing around 2-3K condition for me at least.
