Not that it matters, because PSG's are hopeless, but it looks like the resists on Imp PSG's drop to "CU conversion values" after a server reset.
All Pre-CU PSG's crates converted to 1921 energy and 65 recharge rate, and the PSG's themselves dropped to something like 99 after being pulled from crate.
Well I made an Imp PSG with reasonably nice stats (something around 2300-2600 energy) and 70+ recharge rate. I happened to look at it today and it had dropped to 1921 and recharge rate to 65. There has been no damage or change to the 6700+ condition.

Same thing happened to mine. I think it was only a one-time thing though. When they "fixed" old PSG crates they also "fixed" every other imperial PSG out there. Should be safe to craft a good one now.

This should really be brought up to them.. dosn't feel like a huge issue because they're PSGs, but its a pretty big concern if they go and try and "fix" something else this same way

ANyone know what the efficiency number is for? All my converted Imp PSGs have an efficiency of 0. When I logged on an alt for the first time since the CU, I noticed his equiped PSG was 100%, but when I unequipped it it went to 0.

Efficiency is related to recharge. That is, how well it is working. If you dont have it equipped, it has zero efficiency, ie it isnt 'switched on'. If it is switched on, and not being used it is 100%. If it gets hit, it will drop in %, and then go up based on recharge till it is at 100% efficiency again.
