Thread: A New AS question

hello, simple question.

Do the synth cloths and reinforced fiber panel from tailors matter as far as quality goes? Would the quality differ from a novice tailor and a master tailor in these items for our armorsmithing?

Btw have anyone tried post CU to put BE tissues in them? Most likely it won't stick but worth testing at least.
