Thread: Armor issues in CU

This may have already been addressed elsewhere. If so I appologize.

I seem to be having a problem with certain pieces of armor.


A little background:

I am aMaster Commando wearing a full set of assult armor.

This set of armor was made prior to CU.

I have refit it as per the option on the radius menu.


The problem is with two pieces: Boots and Gloves.

Basically the issue is that there appears to be no protective attributes at all on them. This was from a full set of identical pieces meaning that prior to the CU all pieces hade the exact same protection %. I went a step further and recently bought an new set of armor. I have no protection on my gloves or boots on this new set either. It just stated that 3 slots are available on each piece (for AA's).


If this is simply a redesign issue (AKA bug)I will understand, but would like to know either way.

As part of the "balance" gloves and boots no longer offer any protection out of "fairness" to races that can't wear boots or gloves.

to add, hands and feet no longer can be hit in battle

now there is a spot for some extra speed/defense mods, etc
