So, does feathered apperence actually change the apperence? Has anyone concreatly figured out what the "Feathered Apperence" option is all about?

peko peko feathers add +20 health (preCU ones are at least)

It's not a "feathered appearance" enhancement, it's a feathered "appearance enhancement". In other words, it's a health enhancement that is added during appearance assembly. Very badly worded, but I guess that's the kind of thing that happens when you don't have a real QA & Testing department.

For the Feathered Appearance slot, as far as we know : Yes
However, there is another slot in the appearance (final piece) for enhancers. It is just called "Appearance Enhancer" and and the Interwoven Appearance Enhancer is know to fit there (looted off the Acklay)
