I hear this all the time can someone plz tell me what a +12 as is.

a smith who has gathered +20 experimentation points in skilltapes, strapped those in a suit of clothing and wears the clothing. For every 10exp point mods you have you will gain one additional experimentattion point. Thus a 12pt smith has +20 exp points
