As a new Armorsmith on Ahazi, there are some thing I would like to know from the experts.

  1. What resources are a used most often and What should I focus on gathering a lot of?

  2. What Armor sells and what items should I stock?

  3. What do the different armors sell for on Ahazi (if anyone knows)?

  4. R.I.S. Armor is it worth the trouble? How hard are the rare animal loots to obtain?

  5. Mandalorian Armor, how does this work do you gain schematics, crafting stations, or is only craftable in the cave?

  6. Layers, Armor Attachments... drastic price increase or just a small bonus?

  7. Rebel armors do they sell?

  8. I have an alt., What size, type and how many housesshould I use? How many and what types of harvesters should I use? Power...Does the Fusion Power Generator create the "KNOWN Solid Fuel" that I think I would need for the harvesters? If not how can I get it?

  9. Wearables factories, useful or not? How many should I use?

  10. Besides Master Merchant and Armorsmith what other Artisan Crafting Profession would I get the most use out of?

  11. Any other suggestions on equipment or tools I might need?

    Thanks for Your comments!

Wow, you don't want much, do you . This is really kinda pushing it as almost all of this stuff is covered in the stickies or in the first few pages of the forum. Let me try a few, though.

1) Stickies: Check the list of resources found in the post CU schematics list.
2) Advanced armor sells. There are buyers for almost everything we make. You might go nuts trying to make every armor, though. You might want to specialize.
3) Wander over to the bazaar and browse the armor listing using the galaxywide vendor search. Check the misc categor for armor suits in packs, too.
4) Stickies: There's an RIS guide there. RIS is popular. Not that much trouble if you have the cash to pay people for the loot.
5) Stickies: DWB guide
6) Drastic. And armor attachments have nothing to do with armormsith. You loot them; you don't make them.
7) Yes
8) a. You use what you need and can afford. Free lots for harvesters are a valuable thing. You can also get some merchant skills and store things on a vendor.
b. No, fusion generators mine radioactive power. Known solid fuel is mined like any other mineral and is use in crafting composite armor.
9) Absolutely necessary. Can't make much armor without them. Use however many you need to keep up with your production. A full factory run of segments takes a few days.
10) Master artisan and 0300 tailor
11) Clothing and armor crafting tool and station. A droid with a crafting station is nice, too.

Having the tailor skills is handy for manufacturing your own supplies for armorsmithing, and can provide a handy sideline if you know the right people. For example, my toon Banir sidelines for a chef friend of mine making runs of trim - trim being pretty much essential for her cask masking for beverages and things.
