Thread: Fair price?
I'm currently making my way to Novice Architect and have been making a lot of bone armor lately. I've also been wondering how much to sell my armor pieces for on the bazaar. So, the best place I figured to look for pricing was the bazaar. (I'm on Tempest btw). So, I'm browsing through the bazaar and see bone armor chestplates, for example, going anywhere from 150 - 3k. Now, I thought wow! I guess there is a descent market out here for these, but what do I price mine at? So I thought I would use the specs of the armor to judge. I started checking out the details for the chest plates and saw at the BEST, specs of 11-9-9. And there were multiple chest plates going for 2500 that were 10-8-8.
Now, I figured my chest plates were pretty good since my stats were all 16-11-11 up to 24-14-14. So I put all my chest plates on there ranging from 2300 - 2900 credits.
Is this a fair price for the better quality, or does the difference in quality not matter that much to charge that price? Or do people just not care that much and would rather spend 1k on a chestplate thinking they're not going with the "lower quality 150 credit" chest plate?
Please someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or if I'm missing something here, because becoming an Architect right now is starting to look REALLY crappy.
I think that Tempest is a new galaxy.
In which case bone is probably the best stuff they have.
Thanks in advance.
Prices seem good given the stats on them, which are pretty darn good.

That's what I do.
