I know there is some debate as to whether armor that gets below 50% starts to let in damage without it showing on the resistances - ie. is either a display bug or else it doesn't let in damage.
My question is this. If your armor drops below 50% lets assume it starts to let in more damage. Pre-CU this would be reflected in changed values for resistances. Post-CU the numbers don't change.
Let's say you repair your armor. The condition drops - lets say it drops a lot - say 10K. Does it go back to having the full resistance as shown on the 'label' or not? I understand that the condition is there to let the damage 'bite' out of. But will it's resistances which may or may not have gone down when it went to 50% - will they go back up again when it is fully 'repaired' ???
Thanks in advance for any answers on this ... and i hope i explained properly what I meant.
Armor with condition 1/1 would have full resistances but will let in some damage - once that damage exceeds the condition - ie. 1 - the armor will fall apart and turn red. Is that the sort of idea we are looking at here???

Armor that is returned to max condition (not original condition) should have max resists. Repair seems a bit wonky right now so who really knows what goes on.
And just an FYI, 1/1 condition armor is the result of a failed repair. 2/2 is a better example
