Not an armorsmith, obviously. Just wonderingabout the mabari (?) armored shirts that have no condition, but show up red. Are these still working? Example: if I put a AA on it and equip it do I get the bonus or no?

i think you are thinking about the ubese armor shirt, it has no ham costs \o/ and yes, you can fill it with mods (just make sure you do it correctly)

I wasn't able to socket mine while it was red, though. So you may have to equip it to get the attachment in.
