Thread: AP fixed? Anyone notice anything strange today?

Anyone notice anything different w/ armor peircing today? Seemed like I was doing more damage w/ my Jawa rifle than I'm used to against NPCs w/ no resist. Just wondering if I'm the only one who seemed to notice this.
